When traveling, I'm always looking for a place with good drinks and food. Well, Richmond Cafe exceeded my expectations! The food was very good, and the coffee drinks even better. The staff was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was pleasant with nice homemade jewelry and other stuff to purchase. Whether you're traveling or living in the area, you must give this place a try!! 😋😀☕️
I used to frequent this place when it was Main St Coffee, and I am pleased to say it was still a 5 star experience. I was greeted upon entering, the barista Ruth had her hands full with other customers and still managed to provide 5 star service. In less than 15 minutes I had a delicious breakfast and fresh, hot coffee in front of me. Highly recommend coming here for any/all reasons. Definitely coming back again even though it’s a 2 hour drive from my residence. Kudos to the new owners! Can’t wait to try more items!
Richmond Cafe is so beautiful! Amazing decor and vibes, great coffee and delicious food! I also LOVE the design and style and how they kept the old front doors and brick walls and such from it's previous life (which was a childhood favorite) Glad that storefront has a renewed life, and so beautifully renovated!
What a quaint café! We were greeted warmly, and I practically had my steaming cup of tea before I even took my jacket off! Couldn't decide between breakfast or lunch. I chose the chicken panini. Delicious. Friends had the two "soup of the day" and both were quite happy with their choice. We'll definitely come back again!
Perfect location! Beautifully decorated. I was left alone and server forgot about me for a few minutes but hostess/cashier came over and took my order. The chicken pesto panini was amazing! Probably the best panini I’ve had in Illinois. So much flavor and texture

Absolute 10/5! Just moved to the area and what a unique and CUTE find! Staff are the friendliest, dining room open format with coffee bar seating, as well! Original lattes to try, if you're in the mood and all your iced/hot coffee favorites! Their diverse breakfast and lunch dinner surely has what you're hungry for! Highly recommended! BONUS: they also host airbnb rooms upstairs!

110% recommend! This place is a gem, and everything was delicious. I got the avocado toast and by far one of the best ones I've ate. My boyfriend got the waffles which were also wonderful. My favorite was the lattes! Cannot praise them enough, the cafe miel is top tier. Will be coming back if we're ever back in town!
Our food came out quickly and everything was delicious. I ordered the meat lovers omelette and my wife went with the pancakes and we both enjoyed every bite. The iced tea was incredible, honestly one of the best I have had anywhere. The interior has a cozy charm with its vintage metal ceiling, worn wooden floors, and thoughtfully chosen decor that creates a warm, classic atmosphere. A wonderful place for breakfast or lunch and one we look forward to visiting again.
